Sometimes eBay may indicate an order sold for $0.00 if you refunded a customer. If an eBay transaction is listed at $0.00, there is no value to insure. To modify this value to make sure you have coverage, right-click on the transaction and select "View Transaction Details". Change the "Bid Amount w/Ship" to the corrected value and click "Apply Changes". The new value is now saved.
