Error on computer startup
 
 

I just installed ereport for stamps and ups worldship. Stamps went fine but when I startup my computer now I keep getting an error message from the UPS ereport. No matter how many times I click it the popup just stays.  It says, "Access to the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Shipsurance eReport for UPS WorldShip\Log\UPS LogFile_6-24-2011.txt' is denied. Please contact administrator.

 

I am running Windows 7 64-bit and the newest WorldShip.

roguehydro,

Does your login have full administrative permissions? Please try to give "Everyone" full permissions on the C:\Program Files (x86)\Shipsurance eReport for UPS WorldShip\Log folder.
