SOLVED: Application failed to initialize properly
 
 

Some of our Windows XP users are receiving the following error:
"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application."

This means that the Windows XP system does not have the correct .NET Framework installed.

Solution: Download and install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 Redistributable Package from here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=10cc340b-f857-4a14-83f5-25634c3bf043
