Why are some of my eBay transactions/shipments showing up with $0.00 for the value?
This can happen if you issue a refund to a buyer. If you download your shipped transactions into our eReport software AFTER you issue a refund, eBay thinks the original sale was for $0.00 because it was refunded.
You can manually change the insured value in eReport before transmitting them.
The best solution to this is to download your shipments daily into our eReport program.
