No history before 1/21/10?
 
 

I just got contacted by a customer to whom I shipped on 1/19/10 (non-arrival). I want to make sure I insured this (99.9% sure I did), but I can't find any history before 1/21/10. I even tried inserting dates in November and NOTHING comes up before 1/21/10. Is this information archived and if so, how do I unlock it?

You can login to the Shipsurance Management Center website to see a list of shipments that you have successfully transmitted in the past.
