Unable to Connect to Worldship Database- Error 003
Hi, I just set up another computer in my office and downloaded the Shipsurance Worldship reporting software.
When the software is opened, the red line on the bottom that reads "Connecting to the Worldship Database, Please wait. . ." stays there indefinitely. I assume it is unable to connect to the Worldship database.
I have double checked and the computer name is correct in the configuration.
I am getting an error message that says it is Error 003.
We are using Worldship 11.0.15 (latest version). The computer that is having trouble is a remote workstation. The remote is active and the administrator is up and ruing well. I am unsure what the problem may be. Thanks!
