2nd request for help on installation.
 
 

Cut and pasted is my first post which has gone unanswered.
ideaHave had no response since original post and I still cannot load the software without the error message.
Please advise!

Hello,
I am new to the group and to DSI.  I have installed the DSI eReport software but when I go to run it I get the error message "DSI eReport For eBay has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.
I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it twice and get the same error.
I am on the Windows XP operating syystem.
Please advise.

Kathy,

Are you using a firewall or anti-virus program on your computer? If so, try disabling them during install.

Did that.  Still got the same error.  At this point, I am manually entering my shipping information into DSI.
Please advise when the engineers may have a permanent fix.
