Hello, I am new to the group and to DSI. I have installed the DSI eReport software but when I go to run it I get the error message "DSI eReport For eBay has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it twice and get the same error. I am on the Windows XP operating syystem. Please advise. Kathy
I too am having the same problem with the same operating system. Not only that, but the various windows that come up during installation require one to click "Next" or something, but none of the buttons are there~
This is a resolution problem. The resolution on your computer is set to large and the buttons are there, but off of the screen. If you call out office we can set this up for you.
