Could Not Sign into Ebay to complete Registration
 
 

I was able to get to the screen where it says to sign in to ebay with your ebay username & password.  I entered my ebay name & password & clicked but it would not connect to ebay.  I clicked on the ebay box that says "need help signing in?" but that would not connect either.

I got an error message that said "unhandled exception has occurred in your application.  If you click continue, application will ignore the error and try to continue (I tried this but it didn't work).

Requested resource in use (exception from HResult: 0X800700AA).

Can you advise what I can do?  Thanks

We apologize for the trouble.

What operating system are you using?
Is this the first time you have tried installing the eReport software?

I'm using Windows Vista Home Premium.

I tried logging in several times today but it went the same way each time.
