Is there a secret to what you name your export file?

I've followed the directions to the letter... then when I "transmitted" I got an error that said: Endicia Dazzle exported file(s) not found.

The file path for the exported files points to the right folder.

Any ideas why I would be getting this error and how to correct it? Is there a naming convention that should be followed for the .xml file we export?

Thanks in advance for your guidance and suggestions.

Kind regards,

Wayne

I have a feeling we identified a small bug today. Can you remember off the top of your head if any of your item description had apostrophes (') in them? Such as "I'm".

I just did a quick review of the items shipped in June and as a matter of fact, there was a total of "one" that had an apostrophe in it for the entire month.

Wayne - Please email the XML file to info AT dsiinsurance.com so we can take a look at it. The developers should have a fix ready shortly, but I believe we can enable you to report before the fix.

An updated version was made available today. Please download it from the DSI Management Center website and try installing it again.
