I have noticed within the last week or so that the program isn't downloading all my eBay transactions. I end up having to manually enter them. I don't see anything they would have in common; different shipping methods, some US, some international.....I read in the FAQ section about the time difference, but that shouldn't be the problem either. I have tried to refresh a second time, but they still didn't show up. Any ideas? Thanks!
I'm sorry, yes they had been. Most had been automatically marked when I used Paypal to print labels. I believe 1 or 2 were international and had to be marked as shipped manually by me.
Interesting... Did you try downloading shipments today, specifically, and they did not show up in the program? If so, please email the file named "3_3_2008-Soap page1.xml" which should be located in the "C:\Program Files\DSI eReport For eBay\" folder to ebaybugs@dsiinsurance.com.
