Installation Issue
 
 

I downloaded the software and installed it.  Upon opening it the first time the splash screen asked me to select next or cancel.  There were no buttons to choose from!  See the attached word doc.  Please avise.  hmm

I'm having the same problem.  I was given a file by tech support, and I get the same thing on installation: no "next/cancel" buttons

This has something to do with the display resolution on your computer. The button are there but they are hidden. Hopefully our upcoming release of eReport Pro will fix this.
