Locating Server that UPS Worldship is installed on

To install the DSI eReport for UPS Worldship 9.0, it requires the server name that Worldship is installed on. I have no clue what this means, or where this information can be located. Is there a way that I can locate this information using UPS Worldship, or must I reinstall it to find the server name? Thank you!

ezship,

Make sure to install eReport on the same computer that UPS WorldShip 9 is installed on. eReport should have filled in the server name for you. If it did not, the way to find the computer name is to go to "Control Panel" then click on "System". Next, select the "Computer Name" tab. The computer name should be listed under the "Computer full name" section. Enter that name in eReport and you should be all set.

Thank you, that helped me locate the server name, but it is still not working. Any idea what might be going on?

What specifically is not working? Are you able to validate your policy ID & email address? Is the computer connected to an active Internet connection?
