Why is the software not reporting all my insured shipments?
A typical problem we have seen revolves around data entry errors. If the value of a shipment to insure is $400.00, valid entries are: $400.00, $400, 400. If any non numeric field is entered, DSI eReport will skip the shipment as it does not know it is a value.
For example, some of our users are used to entering "DSI 400" in the reference # 3 field. This would be ignored and the shipment would not be insured. Make sure to only enter numeric values.
