Why do I receive an popup window that says "Shipping Details Not Available"?
The eReport program pulls your items from eBay that are marked as "Shipped" in their system. Not all items that are "Shipped" have the shipping carrier name and tracking number stored in eBay®. Only shipments that were prepared using the PayPal® shipping system have the carrier name and tracking number available in eBay®. Using this popup dialog box, you can select the carrier used and enter the tracking number. If you do not know have this information readily available, select "I Will Enter The Information Later". If you select the checkbox at the bottom of the popup labeled "Use This Selection For Remaining Items In This Batch" the program will not alert you with a popup on all remaining shipments that do not have details. It will use whatever you selected above.
