Why is the software not reporting all my insured shipments? The eReport program will not report shipments sent to countries that are excluded from coverage. Also, Express Mail shipments with a value of under $100.00 are not reported.

How do I know what shipments were transmitted successfully? Click on the "Status Information" tab in the eReport program for a list of transactions. Also, login to the DSI Management Center website where you can look at your "Shipping Logs" which will display your transmitt...
